Your prospect or client can approve an agreement online


To send an agreement for online approval, simply click on the Send button next to each signatory you have added to the agreement:



The signatory will receive an email containing the agreement and a link to click on to approve the agreement online.


The status of the signatory will change to show that the signatory has been sent a request for online approval. 



You can resend the agreement to the same signatory again by clicking on the resend button.


The status of the agreement will also change when you look at the terms tab:
